RESOLUTION APPROVING CLAIMS
BE IT RESOLVED THAT Claim Numbers 211.87 through 21202 were used for
the February 7, 2002 payroll and that Claim Numbers 21203 through 21267 in the
ainount of $204,861.66 are hereby approved.
