A RESOLUTION GRANTING A
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT
GUIDING LAND USE FROM RED TO RAD
TO MFC PROPERTIES 94, L.P.
WHEREAS, NIFC Properties 94, L.P. has made application to the City of Labe
Elmo for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, amending the land use guiding from RED to
RAD for the following parcel of land; to wit:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34,
Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, VLinnesota, lying westerly of
Washington County Highway Right of Way Plat No. 48 -19B.
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this Comprehensive
Plan Amendment request at its January 28, 2002 meeting, and recommended that the
Comprehensive Plan Amendment be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Comprehensive Plan
Amendment is hereby granted by the City Council to M1^C Properties 94, L.C.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Comprehensive Plan Amendment is
granted subject to the following condition:
1. Subject to review by Metropolitan Council.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 51h day of February, 2002.
