A RESOLUTION GRANTING A MINOR SUBDIVISION TO
MFC PROPERTIES 94 L.P.
WHEREAS, MFC Properties 94, L.P. has .made application to the City of Lake
Elmo for a Minor. Subdivision pursuant to Section 400.07 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code
of the following described parcel of land; to wit:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and the East
Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34,
Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota, lying westerly of
that part thereof embraced within Washington County Highway Right of
Way Plat No. 48 -19B and lying northerly of Minnesota Department of
Transportation Right of Way Plat numbered 82 -43, according to the
recorded plats thereof.
Containing 1,960,374 square feet /45.00399 acres.
Subject to a Northern States Power Company easement as described in Book
277 of Deeds, page 553.
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this Minor
Subdivision. request at its January 28, 2002 meeting, and recommended that the Minor
Subdivision be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a Minor Subdivision is hereby
granted by the City Council to 1V1FC Properties 94, L.C. resulting in the following parcel:
PARCEL A; 38.10399 acres of land:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34,
Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota, lying westerly of
Washington County Highway Right of Way Plat No. 48 -19B.
and,
PARCEL B; 6.9 acres of land:
That part of the East 11alf of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 34, Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota, lying
westerly of that part thereof embraced within County Right of Way Plat No.
49 -19B and lying northerly of Minnesota .Department of Transportation
Right of Way Numbered 82 -43, according to the recorded plats thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Minor Subdivision is granted subject to
the following condition:
ADOPTER by the Lake Elmo City Council this 5' day of February, 2002.
