Home My WebLink AboutResolution 2002-005City of Lake Elmo Washington County, Minnesota Resolution 2002-005 A Resolution Setting Fees for 2402 WHEREAS, the 1997 Lake Elmo Municipal Code empowers the City Council to set fees fox various development, building, and other services provided by the City by a resolution approved by a majority of the City Council; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby adopts the "2002 Fee Schedule" as presented. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Lake Elmo City Council will review fees during its preparation of the yearly budget. ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 5th day of February 2002.
