RESOLUTION NO. 2003-001
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 2002 -072 ADOPTED
AUGUST 6, 2002 DESIGNATING OFFICIAL CITY DEPOSITORY AND
AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES FOR PAYMENT OF FUNDS
FROM THE LAKE ELMO BANK
WHEREAS, on August 6, 2002 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2002-
071 designating the Lake Elmo Bank as the official depository for the funds of the City of
Lake Elmo, and authorized signatures for payment of funds from the Lake Elmo Bank;
and
WHEREAS, Charles E. Dillerud has been appointed by the City Council as the
Acting City Administrator of the City of Lake Elmo, effective December 19, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council
hereby approves the following:
I. To authorize Charles E. DiIlerud to sign checks and orders for payment of
money and withdraw funds on deposit with the Lake Elmo Bank.
