RESOLUTION NO. 2003 - 004
A RESOLUTION AMENDING TEXT OF THE 2000 -2020
LAKE ELMO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission and City Council held a public
hearing on January 7, 2003 on amendments to the text of the 2000 -2020 Lake Elmo
Comprehensive Plan regarding State Highway 5 and Regional Trails, subject to
Metropolitan Council review per State Statute; and
WHEREAS, these modifications are recommended by City staff as a minor
measure to accommodate two of the "modifications" mandated by the Metropolitan
Council action regarding the City's Comprehensive Plan of September 11, 2002; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council
hereby approves the amendments as stated in the attachments to this Resolution; subject
to Metropolitan Council review per State Statute.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 7h day of January, 2003.
