WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION 2003-006
WHEREAS, Washington County has provided the City of Lake Elmo with a list
of five tax parcels classified "Tax Forfeit "; and
WHEREAS, State Law requires Washington County to inquire of the "host" City
(Lake Elmo) of tax forfeit parcels as to the preferred disposition of those parcels before
January 26, 2003, and
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo may either approve Public sale, private sale to
adjacent property owners, disapprove any conveyance or require conveyance to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council
recommends disposition as follows:
36- 029 -21 -33 -0008
This is MnDOT right-of-way and should not be conveyed to anyone.
28429 -21 -13 -0002
This one -half acre parcel should be conveyed to the City of Lake Elmo.
15- 029 -21 -43 -0006
This parcel should only be sold to the adjacent property owner, and then only to the
owner of 15- 029 -21 -34 -0007 (Johnson)
21- 029 -21 -33 -0002
If this parcel is sold, it should only be sold to the adjacent land owner (Lot 8, Block I
Torre Pines — Ternes).
14- 029 -21 -44 -0024
This is the site of the City owned 32nd Street North 201 Communal Wastewater System.
This parcel must be conveyed to the City of Lake Elmo.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this 7`� day of January, 2003.
