RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 011
WHEREAS, pursuant to the advertisement for bids for exterior repairs for Fire
Station No. 1, bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, A.J. Spanjers Co. is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lake Elmo City Council that
the exterior repairs for Fire Station No. 1 be awarded to A.J. Spanjers Co. in the amount
of $19,975.00.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 18th day of February, 2003.
