RESOLUTION NO. 2003 - 012
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT
FOR ROOF REPLACEMENTS
WHEREAS, on July 16, 2002, the Lake Elmo City Council awarded the bid for
the Roof Replacements for Fire Stations #1 and #2, to Nieman Roofing Co., the lowest
bidder,
WHEREAS, Nieman Roofing Co., Inc. has completed all construction and
submitted the final paperwork including the warrantee.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended final payment to Nieman
Roofing Inc. in the amount of $18,500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council
approves Final Payment to Nieman Roofing Co. Inc. for Roof Replacements for Fire
Stations #1 and #2 in the amount of $18,500.00, as recommended by the City Engineer.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 18th day of February. 2003.
