RESOLUTION No. 2003 -013
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is required to adopt a Data Practices Procedure
Policy pursuant to the provisions of Minn. Stat. Chapter 13; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed Data Practices Procedure
Policy, dated February 18, 2003 and, upon advice of legal counsel, has concluded that it
complies with the requirements of Minn. Stat. Chapter 13.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council hereby adopts the Data
Practices Procedure Policy, dated February 18, 2003, attached hereto; designates the
Deputy Clerk as the responsible authority; and approves the fee structure described therein.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 18t' day of February, 2003.
