A RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPENSATING CHANGE ORDER NO.3
(Reduction in Cost)
And
PARTIAL PAYMENT NO.9 TO ENCOMM MIDWEST, LLC
FOR WELL HOUSE NO.2
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves Compensating
Change Order No. 3, in the amount of $237.00 for adding a dead bolt lock to the generator room
door and weather stripping.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council approves Partial
Payment No. 9 to EnComm Midwest, LLC in the amount of $13,734.39.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 18th day of March 2003.
