A RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPENSATING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
(Reduction in Cost)
And
FINAL PAYMENT NO.8 TO KEYS WELL DRILLING COMPANY
FOR WELL HOUSE NO. 3
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves Compensating
Change Order No. 2, in the amount of $16,395.00 for work not required as part of this project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council approves Final
Payment No. 8F to Keys Well Drilling Company in the amount of $15,337.75.
ADOP'T'ED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 18th day of March 2003.
