A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO.4
TO TOWER ASPHALT
FOR EAGLE POINT BOULEVARD PHASE I
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves Partial
Payment No. 4 to TOWER ASPHALT in the amount of $58,974.62 for work completed
on Eagle Point Boulevard Phase 1, verified by the City Engineer in his memo dated May
1, 2003.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 6th day of May, 2003,
