RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 045
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
THE HILL TRAIL AND 50 .. STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 2003 -042 of the City Council adopted
May 6, 2003, a report has been prepared by Tom. Prew, TKDA, with reference to the
improvement of Hill Trail and 50'' Street Reconstruction Project, and this report was
received by the City Council on May 20, 2003.
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed
project is necessary, cost- effective, and feasible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE
CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA:
1. The Lake Elmo City Council will consider the improvement of
Hill Trail and 50`x' Street Reconstruction Project, in accordance with
the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of the improvement of $450,000.00.
2. A Public IIearing has been ordered on said improvement on the
3`d of June, 2003, at Lake Elmo City Hall, 7:00 p.m., and the clerk
shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing improvement as
required by law.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 20`" day of May, 2003.
