CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2003 -049 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />FOR CARRIAGE STATION PARK PROJECT AND <br />RIDGE PARK GRADING PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Parks Commission has asked that the Carriage <br />Station Park Project and the Ridge Park Grading Project be advertised for bids; <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Parks Commission will review the bids and make a <br />recommendation to the City Council as to what parts of the project they would like to see <br />completed in 2003; <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer will prepare final plans for Carriage Station Park <br />based on the Preliminary Plans, which have been reviewed by the City Council and the <br />Parks Commission; <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer had completed plans for Ridge Park in. 2002, <br />which have been reviewed by the City Council and the Parks Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the <br />City Engineer to advertise for bids for the Carriage Station Park Project and the Ridge <br />Park Project. <br />ADOPTED, by the .Lake EImo City Council on June 3rd 2003. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />. ........ <br />Charles E.
