RESOLUTION NO.2003 -049
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
FOR CARRIAGE STATION PARK PROJECT AND
RIDGE PARK GRADING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Parks Commission has asked that the Carriage
Station Park Project and the Ridge Park Grading Project be advertised for bids;
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Parks Commission will review the bids and make a
recommendation to the City Council as to what parts of the project they would like to see
completed in 2003;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer will prepare final plans for Carriage Station Park
based on the Preliminary Plans, which have been reviewed by the City Council and the
Parks Commission;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer had completed plans for Ridge Park in. 2002,
which have been reviewed by the City Council and the Parks Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the
City Engineer to advertise for bids for the Carriage Station Park Project and the Ridge
Park Project.
ADOPTED, by the .Lake EImo City Council on June 3rd 2003.
