A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO.2
TO TOWER ASPHALT
FOR EAGLE POINT BOULEVARD PHASE II
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council. hereby approves Partial
Payment No. 2 to TOWER ASPHALT in the amount of $32,201.40 for work completed
on Eagle Point Boulevard Phase II, verified by the City Engineer in his memo dated May
30,200-1.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 3rd day of June, 2003.
