A RESOLUTION WAIVING TERMS OF RESOLUTION 2002 -061
RELATING TO WATERING BAN
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 2002 -061 initiating an
Odd/Even Sprinkling Ban, which means that the non - essential use of water, including
lawn sprinkling, vehicle washing, golf course and park irrigation, are permitted only on
even number days if your address ends with an even number, and only on odd numbered
days if your address ends with an odd number.
WHEREAS, the City has received requests made by residents with newly seeded
or sodded lawns for temporary waiver of the Odd/Even Watering Ban for residents on
city water.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council
hereby approves a two week exemption to the permanent odd/even watering restriction
for two weeks after placing new sod upon issuance of a city permit.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 17'h day of June, 2003,
