RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -056
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT
TO ENCOiI M MIDWEST, LLC FOR WELL PUMP HOUSE NO.2
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves Final
Payment to ENCOMM MIDWEST, LLC in the amount of $9,156.26 for work completed
on Well Pump House No. 2, verified by the City Engineer in his memo dated June 12,
2003.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 17th day of June, 2003.
