RESOLUTION NO.2003 -061
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 1
TO ALLIED BLACKTOP FOR THE 2003 SEAL COAT PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves Partial
Payment No. 1 to Allied Blacktop in the amount of $120,975.85 for work completed on
the seal coating project, verified by the City Engineer in his memo dated July 10, 2003.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 15th day of July, 2003.
