RESOLUTION NO. 2003-063
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE
SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT UTILITY RATES
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Municipal Code, Section 750.030, requires the City
Council to determine by resolution the user rates and charges for the Surface Water
Management Utility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO,
MINNESOTA:
That the yearly charge by land use within the City shall be:
Land Use
Annual Charge
Residential
$20.00 /Lot
Agricultural
$60.00/Parcel
Manufactured Home Park
$10.40 /Acre
Commerical /Industrial
$61.60 /Acre
Vacant Land
$ 0.40 /Acre
Golf/Park
$ 7.00 /Acre
School /Church
$22.40 /Acre
Conditional Use Permits*
$ 7.00 /Acre
*:Mote: Conditional Use Permits will each be calculated separately.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said rates, shall become
effective upon the effective date of operation of the Lake Elmo Surface Water
Management Utility and shall remain in effect until changed by resolution of the City
Council.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 15th day of July, 2003.
