CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 076 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING RICHARD J. AND EILEEN R. BERGMANN <br />AN AG CLUSTER DEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, Richard J. and Eileen R. Bergmann, 11211 60'h Street, have made <br />application to the City of Lake Elmo for an AG Cluster Development. <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered the application for <br />an AG Cluster Development at its September 8, 2003 meeting and recommended that the <br />application be granted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that an AG Cluster Development is <br />hereby granted by the City Council to Richard J. and Eileen R. Bergmann, subject to the <br />following condition: <br />The area of Parcel A shall be reduced to no more than 2.0 acres net of street right -of -way <br />in a manner that retains all accessory buildings and septic treatment related to the home <br />on Parcel A. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council on September 16, 2003. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Charles E.
