RESOLUTION NO. 2003-082
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL. PAYMENT
TO HOFFMAN AND MCNAMARA
FOR THE CARRIAGE STATION PARK AND RIDGE PARK
GRADING AND TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves Partial
Payment No. l to Hoffman and McNamara in the amount of $79,603.35 for completed
grading and seeding on Carriage Station Park and Ridge Park, verified by the City
Engineer in his memo dated October 1, 2003.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 7b day of October, 2003.
