CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003-090 <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves Partial <br />Payment No. 2 to Hoffman and McNamara in the amount of $4,589.65, and <br />Compensating Change Order No. 2 in the deduct amount of $198.50 for work completed <br />on Carriage Station Park and Ridge Park Grading and Trail Improvements, verified by <br />the City Engineer in his memo dated October 30, 2003. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 3rd da ovember, 2003. <br />Dean Johnston, Acting ayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Charles E.
