WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 2003-090
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves Partial
Payment No. 2 to Hoffman and McNamara in the amount of $4,589.65, and
Compensating Change Order No. 2 in the deduct amount of $198.50 for work completed
on Carriage Station Park and Ridge Park Grading and Trail Improvements, verified by
the City Engineer in his memo dated October 30, 2003.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 3rd da ovember, 2003.
