CHARITABLE A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A <br />, <br />BY THE STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO THE MAPLEWOOD/OAKDALE LIONS <br />RESOLUTION NO 2003-091 <br />WHEREAS, the Maplewood /Oakdale Lions has requested that the State of <br />Minnesota issue a One -Day (February 2, 2004) Off-Site Gambling License; and <br />WHEREAS, the Maplewood /Oakdale Lions has requested to sell raffles and hold <br />bingo at a location within an establishment commonly known as the Lake Elmo Inn, <br />located at 3442 Lake Elmo Avenue N., Lake Elmo, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the Maplewood /Oakdale Lions comply with the Charitable <br />Gambling rules and regulations as set forth in Section 1110.04 of the Lake Elmo <br />Municipal Code; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Lake Elmo <br />hereby approves the issuance of a charitable gambling application requested by the <br />Maplewood/Oakdale Lions. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 18th day of November, 2003. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Charles E.
