RESOLUTION NO. 2003-100
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2004 GENERAL FUND BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is required to adopt a formal budget for the general
fund revenues;
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo held its Truth in Taxation Hearing on December 1, 2003;
WHEREAS, the Lake City Council closed the public hearing on the 2004 general fund
budget at the close of the meeting on December 1, 2003 without need for continuation;
BE IT RESOLVED the Lake Elmo City Council adopts the 2004 general fund budget
in the amount of $2,491,589
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 2nd day of December, 2003.
