Home My WebLink AboutResolution 2003-104CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2003-104 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2004 -2008 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM WHEREAS, at its November 24, 2003 meeting, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission held a public hearing on the draft 2004 -2008 Capital Improvements Program WHEREAS, the .Planning Commission recommends adoption of the 2004 -2008 Capital Improvements Program with the inclusion of the $107,200 portion of the streetscapes project that would be the Tax Abatement share of the Base Plan for Lake Elmo Avenue Streetscapes as a 2005 project. WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council reviewed the draft 2004 -2008 Capital Improvements Program with the inclusion recommended by the Planning Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Lake Elmo City Council approves the 2004 -2008 Capital Improvement Program. as the planning guide to capital expenditures.
