RESOLUTION 2004-002
A RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPENSATING CHANGE ORDER
AND FINAL PAYMENT
TO TOWER ASPHALT
FOR EAGLE POINT BOULEVARD PHASE I
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves
Compensating Change Order in the amount of (- )$63,648.66 and the Final Payment in the
amount of $33,659.66 to TOWER ASPHALT for work completed on Eagle Point
Boulevard Phase I, verified by the City Engineer in his memo dated December 22, 2003.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 6th day of January, 2004.
