RESOLUTION NO. 2004-005
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO 'T. A. SCHIFKSY
FOR
50T11 STREET NORTH RECONSTRUCTION
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves
Compensating Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $35,860.11 and Final Payment to
T. A. SCI- IIFSKY in the amount of $26,085.55 for 50"' Street North Construction,
verified by the City Engineer in his memo dated December 30, 2003.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 6th day of January, 2004.
