RESOLUTION NO. 2004-044
OF f- FROM THE LAKE ELMO BANK
WHEREAS, the City has designated the Lake Elmo Bank as the official
depository for the funds of the City of Lake Elmo; and
WHEREAS, Martin Rafferty was appointed City Administrator by the City
Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THET THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA APPROVES:
Martin Rafferty to sign checks and orders for payments of money and withdraw
funds on deposits with the Labe Elmo Bank.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 18'b day of May, 2004.
