CITY OF LADE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-052 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL: PAYMENT NO. 3 <br />TO T.A. SCHIFSKY AND SONS <br />FOR THE HILL TRAIL NORTH AND 50TU STREET N. <br />RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves Partial <br />Payment No. 3 in the amount of $62,278.41. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council approves the <br />partial payment to T.A. SCHIFKSY AND SONS in the amount of $62,278.41 for work <br />completed on the Hill Trail North and 50th Street N. Reconstruction Project, verified by <br />the City Engineer in his memo dated July I, 2004. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 6th day of July, 2004. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />n'r M0'r. <br />
