CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-065 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT OF WHISTLING VALLEY SECOND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat <br />of WHISTLING VALLEY SECOND ADDITION on April 12, 2004, and recommended <br />approval to the City Council, and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered and approved the <br />preliminary plat of WHISTLING VALLEY SECOND ADDITION on April 20, 2004 <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat, OP Final Plan and Development Agreement of <br />WHISTLING VALLEY SECOND ADDITION presented to the City Council conforms <br />to the standards of Section ;00 and Section 400 of the City Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council does <br />hereby approve and accept the Final Plat, OP Plan and Development Agreement of <br />WHISTLING VALLEY SECOND ADDITION, per plans staff -dated July 29, 2004 as on <br />file with the City Administrator subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Compliance with the requirements of the City Engineer. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 4th day of August, 2004. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />
