A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 4
TO T.A. SCHIFSKY
FOR HILL TRAIL NORTH AND 50TH S'T'REET NORTH
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves Partial
Payment No. 4 in the amount of $77,893.32 to T.A. SCHIFSKY for work completed on
Hill Trail North and 50`' Street North, verified by the City Engineer in his memo dated
September 1, 2004.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 7th day of September, 2004.
