CERTIFICATION OF MINUTES <br />Municipality: The City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota <br />Governing Body: City Council <br />Meeting: A meeting of the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo was held <br />on the 19th day of October, 2004, at 7:00 p.m. at the City offices, <br />3800 Laverne Ave. N., Lake Elmo, Minnesota. <br />Members present: Mayor Hunt and Council Member's DeLapp, Dunn, Wyn and <br />Johnston <br />Members absent: None <br />Documents: Resolution No. 04 -090 - Authorizing Issuance, Awarding Sale, <br />Prescribing the Form and Details and Providing for the Payment of <br />$4,090,000 General Obligation Capital improvement Plan Bonds, <br />Series 2004A <br />Certification: <br />f, Martin Rafferty, City Administrator of the City of Lake Elirao, Minnesota, do hereby <br />certify the following: <br />Attached hereto is a true and correct copy of a resolution on ale and of record in the <br />offices of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, which resolution was adopted by the Lake Elmo <br />City Council, at the meeting referred to above. Said meeting was a regular meeting of the Lake <br />Elmo City Council, was open to the public, and was held at the time at which meetings of the <br />City Council are regularly held. Member Wyn moved the adoption of the attached resolution. <br />The motion for adoption of the attached resolution was seconded by Member Johnston. A vote <br />being taken on the motion, the following voted in favor of the resolution: <br />Hunt, DeLapp, Dunn, Johnston and Wyn <br />and the following voted against the resolution: None <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by at least two - thirds <br />of the members of the City Council. The attached resolution is in full force and effect and no <br />action has been taken by the City Council. of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota which would in <br />any way alter or amend the attached resolution. <br />Witness my hand officially as the City Administrator of the City of Lake Elmo, <br />Minnesota this 19`x' day of October, 2004. <br />
