RESOLUTION NO 2004-093 <br />A RESOLUTION CANVASSING THE RETURNS AND DECLARING <br />THE WINNERS OF THE 2004 LOCAL ELECTIONS <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council must meet within two days of a City <br />General Election to certify the results of the local election; and <br />WHEREAS, the following is the results of the City General Election as they <br />appear on the face of the election returns: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council <br />declares Dean A.
