HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2004-093RESOLUTION NO 2004-093 A RESOLUTION CANVASSING THE RETURNS AND DECLARING THE WINNERS OF THE 2004 LOCAL ELECTIONS WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council must meet within two days of a City General Election to certify the results of the local election; and WHEREAS, the following is the results of the City General Election as they appear on the face of the election returns: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council declares Dean A. Johnston as elected as Mayor of the City of Lake Elmo, for a 2-year term, by a majority vote of the registered voters of the City of Lake Elmo. PRECINCT 1 PRECINCT 2 TOTAL MAYOR 2-Year Term Dean A. Johnston as elected as Mayor of the City of Lake Elmo, for a 2-year term, by a majority vote of the registered voters of the City of Lake Elmo. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council declares Liz Johnson and Anne Smith elected as Council members for 4 -Year terms, by a majority of the registered voters of the City of Lake Elmo.
