WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommends adoption of the 2005 -2009 Capital Improvements Program. WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council reviewed the draft 2005 -2009 Capital Improvements Program recommended by the Planning Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Lake Elmo City Council approves the 2005 -2009 Capital. Improvement Program as the planning guide to capital expenditures. ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 7th of December, 2004. Lee Hunt, Mayor
