A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL, PAYMENT NO. 1
TO C14RIS RILEY UTILITIES, INC.
FOR WATER SYSTEM INTERCONNECT — PHASE III
(Jamaca Avenue, Stillwater Boulevard and 31" Street)
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 1 to Chris Riley Utilities, Inc. in the amount
of $108,941.79 for work improvements to the Water System Interconnect
Project— Phase 111, verified by the City Engineer in. his memo dated
December 16, 2005.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 20th
December, 2005.
