RESOLUTION NO. 2005-142
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
FOR THE COUNTRY AIR GOLF
WHEREAS, at its December 12th meeting, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission
reviewed and recommended approval of a Site Plan Amendment for Country Air Golf
located at 404 Lake Elmo Avenue,
WHEREAS, at its December 20th meeting, the Lake Elmo City Council reviewed
the site plan amendment for Country Air Golf to add an 8 foot walkway to the west side
of the previously approved tee enclosures,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council
approves the amendment to the Country Air Golf Site Plan to add an 8 foot heated
walkway to the rear (west) side of the tee enclosures that were previously approved for
the facility in October, 2005; and to substitute asphalt shingles for the roofing previously
approved, subject to the conditions prescribed by City Council Resolution 2005 -107.
