r° J -7165 <br />RESOLUTION 2005-132 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2006 GENERAL FUND BUDGE .1-1 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is required to adopt a formal budget for the general <br />fund revenues; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo held its Truth in Taxation Hearing on December 5, 2005; <br />WHEREAS, the Lake City Council closed the public hearing on the 2006 general fund <br />budget at the close of the meeting on December 6, 2004 without need for continuation; <br />BE IT RESOLVED the Lake Elmo City Council adopts the 2006 general fund budget <br />in the amount of $3,566,804 <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 6th day of December, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Administrator <br />Dean Johnston <br />Mayor <br />i <br />.4 <br />
