RESOLUTION 2005-132
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2006 GENERAL FUND BUDGE .1-1
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is required to adopt a formal budget for the general
fund revenues;
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo held its Truth in Taxation Hearing on December 5, 2005;
WHEREAS, the Lake City Council closed the public hearing on the 2006 general fund
budget at the close of the meeting on December 6, 2004 without need for continuation;
BE IT RESOLVED the Lake Elmo City Council adopts the 2006 general fund budget
in the amount of $3,566,804
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 6th day of December, 2005.
