CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-126 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. I <br />FOR WATER SYS'T'EMS INTERCONNECT PHASE III PROJECT <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves Change <br />Order No. 1 for the Water Systems Interconnect Phase III Project, Chris Riley Utilities, <br />Inc., for the Interim Completion Date shall be December 15, 2005 to install 16" and 12" <br />watermain from the north side of TI-I5 to the east end of the project on 31St Street and <br />June 15, 2006 shall be the Completion Date for all remaining work, verified by the City <br />Engineer in his memo dated November 10, 2005. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake .Elmo City Council the 15th day.- o €N-ax n/ er. 2005. <br />Dean A.
