RESOLUTION NO. 2005-125
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. I
FOR WATER SYSTEMS INTERCONNECT PHASE I PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves Change
Order No. I for the Water Systems lnterconnnect Phase 1 Project, Chris Riley Utilities,
Inc., which cost shall be $20,000, plus the cost of .hydrants and services and the
liquidated damages in the amount of $10,000 shall be deducted for the late completion of
Phase 1 with a NET CHANGE of $10,000, verified by the City Engineer in his memo
dated November 10, 2005.

You are hereby directed to make the following change to your contract dated
September 20 , 20 05 . The change and the work affected thereby is subject to all contract stipulations and
covenants. This Change Order will (increase) (deefease) (not change) the contract sum by
Ten Thousand Dollars and ON 100 ....................... ............................... .............................($ 10,000.00 ).
This change order provides for changes in the work of this contract according to the following:
Add Wate_rmain Interconnect Phase W (see attached Plans).
71e cost shall be $20,000, plus the cost of hydrants and services, Contractor shall be paid at
the existing trait prices for those items. Work to be completed by December 1.5, 2005.
Liquidated Damages in the amount of $1.0,000 shall be deducted for the late completion of
Phase I.
