CITY OF LAKE' ELMO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT COVERING
A PIPELINE CROSSING AT .LAVE ELMO
WHEREAS, Union Pacific Railroad Company has tendered to the City of Lake
Elmo an agreement covering a pipeline crossing at Lake Elmo, Washington County,
Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council has said proposed agreement before it
and has given it careful review and consideration; and
WHEREAS, it is considered that the best interests if the City of Lake Elmo will
be served by the acceptance of said agreement;
NOW, THERE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake
Elmo, Minnesota, that the terms of the agreement submitted by Union Pacific Railroad
Company as aforesaid. be, and the same are hereby, accepted on behalf of said City of
Lake Elmo;
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 15 "' day of November, 2005.
