CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNT', MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-118 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PERMIT TO LINDA HARDY <br />TO MOVE A HOUSE AND GARAGE <br />WHEREAS, Linda Hardy has made application to move a single family dwelling and detached <br />garage structures to a vacant lot at 92xx 31st Street adjacent to 9255 31st Street North. <br />WHEREAS, at its October 24, 2005 meeting, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed and <br />unanimously recommend approval of this application to move a single family dwelling and garage onto a <br />non - conforming parcel per plans staff -dated October 20, 2005 based on a finding that the house and <br />garage are compatible with the existing neighborhood. <br />WHEREAS, at its November 1, 2005 meeting, the Lake Elmo City Council reviewed the <br />application submitted by Linda Hardy to move a single family dwelling and garage onto a non- <br />conforming located at 92xx 31St Street per plans staff -dated October 20, 2005. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo does <br />hereby approves the application of Linda Hardy to move a house and detached garage to a non- <br />conforming vacant parcel at 92xx 31St Street North per plans staff dated October 20, 2005 subject to the <br />following condition: <br />1. Submission by the applicant posting the appropriate financial security with the City to <br />complete the move and improvements proposed within. 12 months. <br />2. Driveway access to the garage shall be entirely on the subject site (no shared access easement), <br />with driveway surfacing set back from the property line at least 5 feet. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council on the I" day of November, 200: °X <br />Dean Johnston, Mayor <br />Resol Hardy Move <br />
