RESOLUTION NO. 2005-117
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT
AND ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR TABLYN PARK —
LAKE ELMO HEIGHTS WATER.MAIN EXTENSION
WHEREAS, a feasibility report has been prepared by TKDA with reference to the
Tablyn Park — Lake Elmo Heights ViWatermain Extension and this report was received by
the City Council on November 1, 2005.
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed
project is necessary, cost - effective, and feasible,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA:
1. Such. improvement is necessary, cost - effective, and feasible as detailed in the
feasibility report.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted November 1, 2005,
3. Tom Prew, TKDA, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such.
improvement.
4. The City Council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of
the improvement from the proceeds of the 3M Community Grant.
5. An Informational Public Hearing has been ordered on said improvement on
the lst day of November, 2005 at Lake Elmo City Hall, 7 :00 p.m. and the
clerk mailed out the notice.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this I st day of November, 2005.
