V RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. I
TO G.M. CONTRACTING
FOR WATER SYSTEM INTERCONNECT — PHASE 11
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 1 to G.M. Contracting in the amount of
$325,617.58 for work improvements to the Water System Interconnect
Project— Phase 11, verified by the City Engineer in his memo dated
September 6, 2005.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 6th day of September,
2005.
