RESOLUTION NO. 2005-073
INTERCONNECT A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 2
TO CHRIS RILEY UTILITIES, INC.
FOR WATER SYSTEM
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby
approves Partial Payment No. 2 to Chris Riley Utilities, Inc. in the amount
of $56,169.34 for work improvements to the Water System Interconnect
Project — Phase I, verified by the City Engineer in his memo dated July 14,
2005.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 19th day-vf June,
2005.
