RESOLUTION NO. 2005- 062
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SECTION 520 SITE PLAN FOR
CITY of LAKE ELMO
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has submitted a Section 520 Site Plan for
construction of a Public Works and Parks Garage and a Water Tower.
WHEREAS, at its June i3, 2005 meeting, the Planning Commission reviewed and
recommended approval of this site plan per plans presented by staff, as the same on file
with the City Administrator.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council for the City of
Lake Elmo does hereby approve the Section 520 Site Plan based upon the recommendation
of the Planning Commission.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Co cil on the 215 da 005.
